1. As a member of EvansCreditRepair.com (ECR). I agree to follow all instructions given by (ECR) during the full 12 month Membership unless otherwise instructed, in writing, by Member to cease or suspend the membership term.

2. Member agrees NOT to apply for any new credit, or cease to repay any and all current and non-derogatory obligations or debts due to any creditor or entity. Engaging in such acts will certainly increase or cause the addition of newer derogatory accounts and further drop your credit scores. The above scenarios may be grounds for immediate cancellation of Membership with no refund.

3. ECR promises to begin the credit repair process within 5 - 10 days from receiving all necessary information, i.e. credit reports, signed and fully completed membership forms (page 1 and 2) and valid credit card information. ECR will issue a refund to the member if after the exhaustion of all resources is unable to increase the members credit scores from any the 3 major credit reporting agencies.

4. Member is solely responsible to deliver to ECR credit reports from all three Credit Bureaus upon signing the membership agreement form and solely responsible for delivering to ECR any and all correspondence (every 30 to 45 days) from the credit bureaus.

By affixing my initial above, I acknowledge that I have read and fully comprehend, and agree to the terms of this Membership Agreement. I further acknowledge that I am over the age of 18 and legally reside in the United States of America and on (DD/MM/YY) willfully entered into this Membership Agreement.


Your card will not be charged until we have performed our services and investigations have begun on your credit reports.
We will refund 100% your money for any reason before we have begun our services.
